Shipping policy

All international orders are shipped from our UK Warehouse on a “DDU” (delivery duty unpaid) basis and may be liable for custom duties and local taxes.

Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you – the delivery provider will usually contact you to notify you of any duty / taxes which need to be paid. Please note that Rebecca Beauty is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. Please make sure to check your inbox and junk mail regularly for updates from the delivery provider.

If you require any products with a faster delivery time or are located in a region not covered by the above then please reach out to us and we will see what we can do!

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched, however we do look to dispatch items on the same day as the order.

Delivery times are estimated and may take longer depending on the speed of our delivery provider and bank holidays.

Free shipping for orders above £35 only applies to UK orders.
